Enquiries and Purchases

Purchases begin with an enquiry through Reach Calm. We confirm availability, total price in Australian dollars, and payment steps by reply. A sale is confirmed once payment is received and inventory is allocated. Prices on restful-kits.html may change with notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline enquiries affected by fraud indicators.

Intellectual Property

All text, layouts, audio previews, cover designs, and pathway structures are owned by Biosherb or licensed contributors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials. Redistribution, resale, or public performance of soundscape files without written permission is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, scrape content at scale, introduce malware, impersonate our brand, or harass staff via contact channels. Automated access must respect robots.txt directives.

Digital Deliverables

Download links for soundscape bundles may expire or rotate for security. We will provide replacement access upon verified purchase. Ensure your email address is accurate when you purchase digital components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for breach of non-excludable guarantees is limited to resupply of the product or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or delays caused by carriers beyond our control.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Biosherb against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in NSW after good-faith negotiation.

Changes to Terms

We may revise terms to reflect new kits or regulatory guidance. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Shipping and Risk

Title to physical Restful Kits passes upon delivery to your address. Risk of loss transfers when the courier marks the parcel as delivered. Report missing parcels within five business days for investigation with our logistics partners.

Promotions

Bundle offers and complimentary pathway samplers may include additional conditions published at the time of promotion. Promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining terms continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
